Toby's Medical Fund

My dogs name is Toby, he is a 7 year old Australian Cattle Dog who recently has been having some medical issues. Recently he has been presenting signs of sneezing out mucous and blood, along with a constant nasal drip. I took him to the vet and we tried treating him for two weeks with antibiotics.
